Announcement of Delivery

Dear Supporters,

As communicated in our last update, our major manufacturers embarked on a 2-3 weeks New Year Holiday in January. We kindly inform you that our manufacturers are experiencing production delays due to the spread of the coronavirus. This delay is not unique to us, several other major brands such as Tesla, Oculus, and iPhone are also experiencing production-related setbacks as a result. The delivery for most hardware has been pushed back.

Due to this unforeseen incident, the new delivery date is scheduled for May as announced on our official website and we anticipate delivery of the first batch of Core to be sent out in late April. The official delivery date is slated for May to accommodate for any unforeseen circumstances, as we would like to avoid any further delays in sending out your Core device.

We would like to express our sincerest apology for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding. We made great efforts during this month to try to relocate our production line to other countries, but this move proved too difficult. Despite our efforts to reach an agreement with manufacturers in other parts of the world, we discovered that none were willing to meet the standard of our manufacturers. We have strict quality control measures and policies and we will never compromise on Core, given that users will have direct body contact with the device. Every component that goes into making Core will be produced under strict and sterile conditions.

We are fully aware of the challenges that come with undertaking the production of a brand-new device like Core, which was why we spent several months last year reviewing the best manufacturing solution for this project and we are confident that we made the right choice by teaming up with one of the best manufacturers in the industry. Due to our keenness for quality and performance, we decided to reject all cheap and low-quality manufacturing options.

We are already in talks with our manufacturers to make our product top priority and earnestly begin the production of Core once the production line is permitted to resume operations again. Thank you for your patience and understanding, we wouldn’t have made it this far without your unwavering support.
